Are my monthly payments safe?

Your financial information is not stored within DanceStudio-Pro. This includes credit card numbers or bank accounts. DanceStudio-Pro sends electronic requests to the merchant processor (Stripe) to charge a customer’s account without having to specify the financial details. Everyone is protected. 

When is tuition due and when do I pay? 

Tuition is due on the 1st of every month commencing on the 1st February with the final payment December 1st. For those that start after an autopay run, tuition will be calculated on a pro-rata basis until the next cycle. Commitment is for three months minimum apart from Trial months. 

Is there a Registration Fee?

A once off annual Registration Fee of $50 ($100 family), is paid to secure your child’s placement in the classes / program, and covers music licence fees, admin fees & insurances.

When will I know if my child can do exams? 

Information regarding dance exams or any other assessment, will be issued in Term 1. A separate ‘Exam Package’ will include all exam expenses and be itemised for parents if your child is selected to participate.

Do you hold Exam Preparation Holiday Classes?

Held during the Winter School holidays in July, classes will be bundled together for a maximum of 3-4 days for both Tap & Ballet. 

When & Where is the End of Year Production held?

At the Arthouse at Wyong, mid-December. There will be TWO shows at the end of the year including all our studio programs — 1) Imagine 2) Aspire & Elevate students. Tickets for our mid-year and end of year performances will need to be purchased directly through the theatre.

Does the studio have an Annual Presentation?

  • ASPIRE & ELEVATE students are invited to our annual End of Year Formal / Presentation Evening . (This is inclusive in your monthly pricing) — ‘Milestone awards’, Class Awards, Scholarships & Certificates will be awarded to dancers for their achievements.

* IMAGINE (preschool aged students) participate in our Annual Picnic Day to celebrate their dancing year. 

What if my monthly payment defaults? 

A $15.00 late fee is automatically charged if the monthly fee defaults. 

Do I have access to feedback on my child’s development?

All parents have access to genuine advise on your child’s artistic journey and work with you to address any concerns and child’s needs to ensure the best possible experience! Call or email us at anytime to make an appointment. 

Are there any refunds for missed classes?

There are no refunds. Classes are made available for your child so they must be paid even if not attended. Monthly fees have already factored in any public holidays and the school holidays. Classes are divided into 4 Terms (39 weeks). For student absences more than 2 weeks, a prorated fee will be charged to cover the inclusions for that period.

Can I use my vouchers at FSDance? 

YES! We are registered to accept both Active & Creative Kids Vouchers. We have a special in-house form to fill out to redeem your vouchers. You have $300 per calendar year (per child) available to use at FSDance. Students must be enrolled at FSDance & conditions apply.
